General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by @home ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer") through this website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 131 of 1948 (Civil Code).
Contract Formation
A contract of sale is formed when the Seller provides an order acknowledgment. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Seller.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made through the methods specified on the website (e.g., Credit Card, Cash on Delivery).
Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.
Delivery and Shipping
The Seller will deliver products to the address specified by the Buyer within Egypt.
Merchant Return Policy
Return and Refund Policy (Consumer Rights)
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018:
Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to return the product and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt without stating any reason, provided the product is in its original condition.
Defective Goods: If the product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may return it within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for personalized items, perishable goods, or items unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Warranty
Standard products are subject to the legal warranties against hidden defects as provided under the Egyptian Civil Code. Durable goods are subject to a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects as per the Consumer Protection Law.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian Courts.
Delivery timelines are estimates. In case of significant delay, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order as per Consumer Protection Law.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods.
